Sweetgrass Garden *
Sweetgrass Garden is a conceptual organization dedicated to the restoration of Alberta’s urban ecosystems through converting Kentucky Bluegrass lawns into native wildflowers and grasses. The project was to design sample seed packets for floral blends they offer, with a focus on brand identity and logo design.

Through careful research and ideation I combined native flowers and grasses that can be used in Albertan lawn conversion, and designed the packaging to express the natural tones and colours of the prairies. Hand drawn illustrations tied the concept to the packaging, creating a design that stands out in any garden centre.
